The traditional ruler of Omor, Igwe Dr. Oranu Chris Chidume, Eze Ana-Ukwu, Eze Igulube of Omor, through Krisoral Group of Companies received the National Productivity Order of Merit (NPOM) Award.The award was as result of the contributions of the company, chaired by His Royal Highness, to the economic development and growth of Nigeria through its high professionalism, creativity, innovation and employment generation.

The National Productivity Order of Merit Award, at the corporate level, seeks to acknowledge organizations that are self-reliant in their adaptation and application of technology in order to guarantee for themselves cost effective operation and productive efficiency. Present in the event were, the Honourable Minister of Labour and Employment, Sen. Dr. Chris Ngige, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha among other top government officials and notable industrialists and businessmen. The awards were handed over to the recipients on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, who represented the President and Commander In Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari; alongside the Minister of Labour and Employment, Sen. Dr. Chris Ngige
